In our FAQs section we have answered your questions and are happy to answer any more you have to put to us. If you would like to get in touch we will answer any questions that you still have after reading the FAQs below.  We like to hear from our clients for feedback which helps us improve our customers' experience.  We are here to help you find a solicitor.

Q?

If I instruct the lawyer again will I continue to get the cash back?

A.

Of course, if you think that you will have continued transactions with the lawyer let us know and we will set you up an account and manage the workflow and cash payments. If you don't keep us informed we will not know and therefore it is in your interest to do so.

Q?

What if the solicitor charges more than they initially said it would cost?

A.

Your agreement with the solicitor is contractual and therefore it is up to you to ensure that you are happy with the deal you agree to with them.  We have no input or control over the solicitors' fees.

Q?

What guarantee is there that I will get the money off you?

A.

As in life there are no guarantees, however, both the law firms that we pass you on to and ourselves rely on a good reputation in order to stay in business.  If we don't honour our agreements we would soon be out of business.

Q?

What is your background?

A.

We have worked in professional services for 25 years alongside lawyers, accountants, financial advisers and professional intermediaries.

Q?

How can you possibly get me the job done cheaper than by me going direct to the solicitor?

A.

We can't get the job done cheaper than by you going direct to the solicitor, however, we get it for the same price and you will get 10% cashback by going through us.

Q?

What if I’m not keen on the lawyer you have recommended?

A.

We will try our best to match you with the right lawyer.  However, in some cases, for whatever reason, you may not want to use the first lawyer we put you in touch with.  That is okay, just let us know and we will find you another.

Q?

Will you pass my details on to any third parties?

A.

Having working in professional services for 25 years we understand confidentiality and adhere to the Data Protection and Human Rights acts.  Therefore we will treat all communications with the strictest of confidence and will not disclose your details to any third party, other than the lawyers we are trying to match you with.

Q?

Will I be able to get the fees cheaper if I go to the law firm direct?

A.

The fees that the lawyer offers you will be the same as if you were to contact the law firm direct.

However, if you go through us we provide you with 10% cashback.

Q?

What if I can find the legal fees cheaper elsewhere?

A.

We use lawyers who are competitive in the market place, but as with any professional services fees will vary depending on the firm.  Once we introduce you to a lawyer it is your decision on whether you agree to instruct them and you have the sole responsibility for agreeing the fee with them.

If you are not happy with the fee let us know and we will put you in touch with another lawyer and you will be able to get another quote.

Q?

Do you pay 10% on the nett or gross amount of my lawyers invoice?

A.

If you are not VAT registered we pay 10% of the nett invoice which are the lawyers fees and not the VAT.  If you are VAT registered you can send us an invoice for 10% of the nett invoice plus VAT.

We do not pay cashback on court fees or other disbursements incurred by the lawyers, such as search fees or external professional fees, unless otherwise agreed.

Q?

How will I receive my money?

A.

Upon completion of the legal work, you will pay the lawyer in full, after which you inform us by sending a copy of the bill either by post or email.  We will then immediately confirm with the lawyer that the amount has been paid in full and will then transfer 10% of the legal fees into your nominated bank account, or send you a cheque, whichever you prefer.

Q?

Where does the 10% cashback come from?

A.

We have commercial agreements in place with the law firms we deal with, which are outside that of the legal work we introduce to them.  These agreements allow us to pass on the additional benefits to you, the customer, whilst ensuring there are no additional front loaded costs.

If you remain unsure please call us and we will demonstrate how you can save money.

Alternatively we will obtain a quote for you and you can then go direct to the firm and obtain a quote as a comparison.

They should be the same, although it is possible that we would obtain a cheaper quote.  However, if we are higher (which we shouldn't be) we will ensure the price is matched and we will still give you the additional 10% cash back.
